Eating broccoli and cabbage can improve memory. The study found that red fruits and vegetables like cherries, strawberries, and tomatoes can help reduce the risk of heart disease. This is because lycopene in tomato, anthocyanins in cherry and strawberry are antioxidants, they have effects of preventing and repair cell damage that can increase good cholesterol (High-density lipoprotein cholesterol) levels and prevents atherosclerosis.
